We have created a custom Hydro-Dynamique toast to immediately follow water immersion.
RESULT | Heat is an important method for destroying tannin. Staves are pre-heated to the core, so the toast will be consistent through the thickness of the stave. This means the toast will penetrate deeper and destroy more tannin with this method than traditional fire bending.
